Energy and Exergy Enhancement Study on PV Systems with Phase Change Material

A solar photovoltaic (PV) system produces electrical energy from energy. This green, sustainable has low conversion efficiency due to the rise in PV temperature throughout day. In order keep of panels close ambient, this study examines usage hydrated salt (HS36) as a Phase Change Material (PCM) for cooling. The primary goal experimental is cool panel by introducing PCM behind (PV-PCM), thus increasing its performance. An and exergy performance assessment was carried out on PV-PCM systems. result indicates that placing over back panel’s reduced operational 25.4% increased 17.5%. systems’ maximum 12.57%, their destruction ratio decreased 12.49%. proposed with HS36 can be deployed system.
